Anyone for a meet up this year?
Never argue with an idiot, they'll only drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Barry

Kristof

Good friends, expensive beer and the good doctor sounds like a plan.
Time and location?
I tested negative for patience.

Think thats going to be arranged once we all get down, several things people want to do on that day.
If anything concrete is being arranged I'll post here and Club Arnage FB.

Where can you get a fresh beer? You can't take it in with you and the crap they serve in there is foul beyond belief. Now if you'd said join us with a fresh vodka and coke 😀
I wouldn't sit there if I were you, it's still a bit wet.

To the problem of taking fresh beer to the track: Last year there were checks for beer at the main entrance and the one beginning of the start / finish straight.
However, no one bothered about it at the Maison Blanche entrance, at least not whenever I walked in.

The rest of us hatch devious and complicated plots to get booze in and you lot just casually walk in with it.
Only the Germans can do something completely open and above board, technically break the rules and yet still win! I take my hat off to you sir! 😀

Carefully secreted tins down trousers,in camera bags up coat sleeves etc got ale into Catalyuna but the secret weapon was a carrier bag with tins on display. We appologised drunk the tins at the gate and then walked in. Let them think their winning et volia.

Back on topic; why don't we meet at the bar nearest to the concert venue at 8.30 before Dr Feelgood start at 9.00? Prize of a bag of Monster Munch for the Club Arnager who has smuggled the most booze in.

Good idea, Steve: May be start 8:00 pm meet at the Courbe bar at the backside facing the track. That's where we had our CA gatherings in some years, have a few beers there (bought or smuggled) and then walk over the bridge alltogether to the concert?
