It's about 350 Kms from Calais to Spa-Francorchamps. Antwerpen should be the closest port to Spa (roughly 150 Kms). I don't know whether there are ferries going there from the UK, though.
Antwerp hasn't got a ferry port, the closest one is Ostend. Dover to Ostend takes 4,5 hrs, Ostend to Spa should take you no more than 2,5 hours via Brussels.

A few of our crew will be there aswell ;D

In that case Dover Calais then drive the rest is quicker, if you don't mind driving. Also added petrol cost I guess...but I bet the Ostend ferry is more than DoCal

I prefer the Dover-Calais crossing myself, Coquelle - Folkstone is even better. If booked early enough, the Channel Tunnel can be as cheap as 120 quid for a return ticket. Ferries might be cheaper, but they are slower and more unreliable.
I used to drive to the UK with an Artic for quite some time, so ferries can be soooo boring as far as I'm concerned :-\

Paddy, I saw the photo of yourself that you posted a few weks ago and now the above imformation.  Did you used to drive for Van Stratten a few years ago and deliver to Naarden International in Northampton ? If it wasn't you then it was someone who looked a lot like you.
There is a corner of a foreign field that will be forever England ------ Houx Annexe

And the bastards have built on it.

No Bob, sorry :-\
I drove for Schoonen Transport between '92 - '94, they don't exist anymore. It was mostly perishables (spelling?) I drove, like bananas for Geest and chips to various addresses around the UK. Back then it was quite normal for me to make the crossing 6 times a week, the only positive thing were the tax free booze & fags :)

I lived in London between '94 and '97, worked for Jan de Rijk at the Heathrow-office and did some temping work for BOC Baker and (in)Sainsbury's.
