Just got the letter. What's the easiest way to settle the bill with the ACO? Being in the dark ages I don't have a credit card! Will a Visa Debit card be sufficient? Assuming that where it asks for 'Cryptogram' that's the 3 digit security code on the back of the card?
Is there normally a standing charge with a bank transfer?

My Debit card I had in the US was sufficient to pay all of this stuff. Outside US it just works as an ordinary credit card, and yes they mean the three digit security code.

You should be golden then!!

My letter came through yesterday 5 x HA tickets on the way ;D

I think I'll need them all, if not there'll be some posted up here for sale!!
