I think I'll just keep on collecting the Flying Lizards posters instead. Last year's looks particularly good when framed and hanging in my hallway......

At least they may have moved the fairground back to where it belongs.

Last year there was only the bungee jump and Ferris wheel.  I remember go karts, dodgems, wall of death, vast machines that took you up in the air and shook you till you vomitted, shotguns, strippers, all sorts of things, and all long gone.  Shame really - bring back the snake lady

It's teh worst poster I've seen since I go to Le Mans - and that means since 1985! If many of us write to the ACO about it - may be this will help for next year

It's a joke right?

What a pathetic effort.  I could do better than that and I have no talent in that area.

And the village had some character, also you could turn up on a Friday and still get a good place to camp, cold water showers, urinals on the ouside of the washroom.... some good memories some not so good but the 80's were great for the spectator.

Spot on.

I remember the communal sinks in Houx (just like in The Great Escape) No plugs and they still overflowed.  You could survive all this for a few days, but you seemed closer, more attached to it all.  You could wander around the paddock at all sorts of strange times before the race to see them working on the cars (the old pits were too small)  We climbed over a 6 foot wall to get in only to find half a dozen Gendarmes pissing themselves with laughter, not the response we expected, then one of them pointed to an open gate 10 foot further down.

It can only get worse [/old git mode off]

What a pathetic effort. Apart from the date, everything advertises last years race. As long as I can remember the poster has had pictures of the cars in the coming race. Talk about milking the Pug victory. Still, make the most of it frogs, the Aston's gonna wup yo ass this year.
