I also agree, I have long since stopped buying Autosport and I used to buy it weekly but now its basically F1 and a little bit of other stuff and i can basically read what i need to from it in less than two minutes in the supermarket.
This 60 years issue though starts with the usual magzine at the front to page 50 and again continues at the back from page 279 - 330 with the usual end of magazine stuff. But the good part of this issue is what you find between pages 51 and pages 278.
It is split up into decades, each with a period style cover from that decade and then has features to do with subjects from that decade.
There are features on great tracks, great cars, great drivers. Race Retro and Retro tests for each decade.
The great car features in each decade are - Maserati 250 F, Ford GT40, Tyrrell P34, Audi Quattro, McLaren MP4-13 and Audi R8,
Great tracks - Pecara, Suzuka, Paul Ricard, Adelaide, Texas Motor Speedway, Algarve.
Drivers / people featured - Froilan Gonzalez, A J Foyt, Niki Lauda, Alain Prost, Mika Hakkinen, Bernie Ecclestone,
Retro races - 1958 Belgian GP, 1966 Le Mans 24 Hours, 1971 ItalianGP, 1985 Indianapolis 500, 1995 RAC Rally, 2005 Japanese GP.
Retro Tests - Rob Huff drives a Lotus Cortina, David Brabham drives Duncon Dayton's Ex Andretti Lotus 79, McNish drives a Porsche 962C, Gronholm drives Colin McRae's Impreza, World GT1 test.
Theres a few other bits and pieces as well but thats a description of the main body of this issue of the magazine.
Deb, I would love to be able to help you out but I have had a particularly expensive month and have over stretched myself and have no money for the next two weeks and I am hitting my overdraft hard until i get paid and already have other commitments that need what little i have at the moment. So unfortunately you will need to find someone else that can get you a copy, but I am sure there are others on here that can sort you out. If money wasn't an issue at the moment then otherwise i would have been happy to help out.
