Anyone in Aberdeen?
« on: June 27, 2011, 01:59:13 pm »
Hey all.

I need some help to make a transaction happen this week.....In Aberdeen....

Essentially I'm buying some lights for my band, but the guy who has them, is very untrusting of banks etc.

I essentially need someone I can trust to physically hand him cash (which I will obviously provide by transfer).

If there's anyone up there in bonny Scotland who can help, please let me know!

Thanks
Brad

P.S.  Obviously beer tokens will be available for someone able to make it happen!!

Cash only? They'll be stolen then.
I wouldn't sit there if I were you, it's still a bit wet.

SO Cynical.

And besides, I don't care if they ARE stolen, as long as they work, and I can get them down here in time :)

Joking aside, I've checked them out, and there's no way you could "subtly" steal them - so I'm sure they're fine.

I'm here Brad. Let me know.
If I had all the money I've ever spent on drink, I think on balance, I'd probably spend it on drink.

but I'm pretty sure they weren't nicked, even though it was one of the even less salubrious areas of Aberdeen, The bloke selling them was a little bit 'creme brulee' (Won't mean anything unless you've seen the league of gentlemen) and the village idiot on his ox cart has taken them away just now. He got worried when I told him that they were lights 'I dinnae trust that lectric y'ken, We've still got they piles o smoulderin coopats in oor hut'

Kit all sorted.

My thanks to NickLiv - who is an absolute LEGEND (and still a jolly nice chap, despite being strangely absent from Le-Mans for a while) Thanks mate.

Club Arnage - making the world a MUCH smaller place....yet again.... :)
