You can't expect someone of my age and eyesight to read the smallprint

OK, thicky question alert.

Could someone explain the difference between a DVD and a Blueray. I always thought the latter was a thing that lived under the sea. I suspect it isn't and storing such things would be rather smelly in the long term.

Or just another format to get a Yorkshireman to part with his money??

Exactly what is wrong with good old Betamax may I ask?

Sorry Bob wasn't picking on you  :)

Blu Ray in short is the same size as a dvd but has a bigger capacity, which equals a better picture. other than that who cares  ::)

Blimey.  I had no idea there was anything which could do that.

You know, usual stuff. Work work work. Struggling with the Alfa project. Never enough spare time or money.

Class!

I went to buy a Gramophone last year. The people in the shop were just like that, so far up their own arses . I was dying to remind them that they were just working in a shop barely above minimum wage. Feck them, bought one online in the end. It's the future!!

Off the the Rockpools now with the kids to look for a newfangled Blueray.

I asked the local Nissan dealer if my new 350Z had blue teeth. Apparently it did, but he wasn't quite so chippy when I kept bringing it back because the mobile phone kept dropping out. I asked him if he could fit blue dentures instead, he didn't seem to understand. Sarcasm, highest form of wit.
