Some people definitely have a strange sense - €59,600 for a 1965 Citroën 2CV seems a tad OTT, even if it does have only 116 miles on the clock.........

...And €180,000 for a Citroen DS23 Shocked

I know they're sought after, but I thought ten grand would get you a minter

Ferrari 250's are silly money.  That ginger twit on the radio spent millions on a soft top one last year.  I'd rather have an XKE or a DB, until I had a spare $10 million, when a GTO would be a must Cool

Aad talking of 250s, I can't understand why they renamed the Jaguar grandstand after Tavano, who usually took his 250 to a glorious DNF Tongue

I sold my DS23 Pallas for £20,000 about 5 years ago. It wasn't mint either. Things have moved on from then too. I think that is a crazy price though. Are we heading for another classic car boom and bust? Does anyone want to give me £50,000 for my Interceptor before it does? Grin

250's are amazing cars. I drove a 250 SWB last summer up from Norfolk and it was the best day of my life (sorry kids). I would sell my bottom to Elton John to own one. They are much better cars than anything from Jag or Aston.
