Something's either unique or it isn't.  It can't be very unique. Roll Eyes

Nice idea though! Smiley  Maybe CA and DFH should club together and buy it between them?

Price and pictures on request.

I request you post up price and pictures then.
It's hardly an advert without them to be honest.

You also have bikes 24 hours, but that will bout it. Might need to have high pricing on the tickets then, or sell the rights to a ticket agency. O wait....  Roll Eyes

As you know this part of the race track is unfortunately closed to any visitor.

The only way to see Hunaudieres is to have a VIP pass through a competitor team that propose you to see the first In And Out during 15 minutes ! or having its own property. This is the opportunity I propose now.

I can confirm that this plot is only for one or two weeks per year but this is a long life investment that never lose money. Many teams are interested to rent this kind of plot.

Price and pictures are available on request in private. I ask anybody to keep the price for himself and not to write it on this post.

All the best to any 24h00 le Mans fans.

See you in Le Mans soon.

You also have bikes 24 hours

Unfortunately that is run on the Bugatti circuit, not the big one.

Looks like he rents it out:

Or if not he uses the same photographer.

I confirm that it is my announcement for this Le Mans Classic race year.
If the plot is sold out before then I'll cancel this offer. For instance it's already ok.

If you're interesting with your friends then ask me in private.

I'm tempted, and it would be a good investment, but its away from the main enclosure, its probably silly money and the wife thinks I'm mad already.

The shack opposite THE white house went for €10 grand about 20 years ago.  That was the opportunity, but its chock a block race week - it doesn't look much fun

So it's 0.94 of an acre of undevelopable [green belt?] land on the Mulsanne Straight.

As such it's not worth very much.  If it were in the UK I might say £10,000 tops.

However it's worth considering this as an investment in so far as should the annual income amount to £X, then the land could be worth ten times that income.

It would be interesting to understand the income potential.
