Just called in for a session and for the second year running its shut. Ah well back to the fizzy piss.

My excuses Stu. I had ran out of a few things last night and had to make emergency purchases. Apparently I missed you by a few minutes. Desperatly sorry!

First pint FREE on the next visit then!!

>Martini...LB

Martini
I am gutted that I wasn't there to open, so yes, 1st pint free, as long as I am forgiven!!
Had a text from the Liverpool Boys today. They were not very happy the Pub was shut, they have been looking forward to a real pint in the Union Jack for weeks. ???

I am sure the beer might have been OK ,but 2 years on the run with promises of being open and being let down, I will not bother

again . next year we will bringing our own beer down from the UK. We will be taking our own  beer engine and auto tilter down with us

to the Classic to leave in the caravan so we just bring down the casks in 2013

Beware because I am camped next to you, you know.  Proper beer is not safe in my vicinity.
