Werner, HGB et al!  If we find ourselves by chance across the border on our trip to Belgium next week, and near a city centre in Germany, how easy is it to get the sticker in a hurry, and where's the best place to get one from, cost wise - I understand the charges for admin' can vary?

Yes, but not sure I'll be able to make it.
Still can 't bend the leg enough to be in a wheelchair in a comfy way, doesn't improve as quickly as hoped.

Sorry about that, it was some race - bar the rather dull outcome and the Spa rain!  My chair has a support for my leg (it doesn't bend much either) which makes it a great deal comfier.
