Back to Work after the 1000km
« on: November 10, 2003, 05:43:55 pm »
So, to all you 1000k'ers, how does it feel to be back at work after the bleak, cold, wet weekend at Le Mans ?

Please spill the beans about your antics.  :)

Sounds like Robbo and LM SPS have come home with full tanks!!
I wouldn't sit there if I were you, it's still a bit wet.

Back to work ........

Not just yet.....

Wet . cold . VERY VERY Loud . Morgan did well , TVR's did well , Lister was fast , and LOUD .

Dinner was nice

Although quick reminder to self , next meal time, dont drive to it, not enough scope for VERY nice wine.
Take life by the horns and live it.

Smokie - tried to find you and PM and the likes on Saturday nite and at the race on Sun but no joy (when I got there on Sat I thought I had got the wrong weekend it was that quiet). Last minute decision to go down as usual

Saw PM's & crew's car parked by ACO Welcome on Sun but no sign of anyone.....

must get more organised (don't you think Liverpool Boys...........)

As for being back at work......spent the day watching the posts on the forum........

It's common that French pubs and night bars refuse people wearing T-Shirts, even if yours wasn't totally insane for a local's point of view.
