Usual Easter weekend fare at Oulton Park  Weekend of Saturday 30 March and Monday April 1st

"The British GT series pitches together a mouth-watering collection of exotic supercars, such as Ferrari 458s, Mclarens, Porsches, Chevrolets and Aston Martins. Also on the bill is the F3 Cup Championships, Ginetta Challenge, Volkswagen Racing Cup and Northern Sports and Saloon Car Championship.

Easter Monday lunchtime will also see a super car parade and a free of charge pit walk. There will also be static super car displays throughout the day."

Alex and I will be there on Bank Holiday Monday.

Shocked  M-Sport have run the Ford Rally team for years, with Latvala and Slowberg etc, so its odd they want to go circuit racing.  I'm not complaining mind you, and their knowledge of 4 wheel trive should help with the Audi

With the weight of the base car, momentum is the word.

Great first day out of the 2013 season  at OP yesterday, it was jolly cold spectating yesterday, even had a few flakes of snow late morning.

Those at Lodge/Deer leap could at least week warm towards the end of the second GT race in the afternoon.

That was the second Ginetta to go up in smoke after the works car attracted the attention of the Marshall's during the round 1 race in the morning.

Will post up a few photos later
