So, out in the compound we have a late 1960s SAAB 96 body shell that's awaiting it's turn for acid dipping to be turned into a rally car. We also have a neighbour. A certain builders merchants who for legal reasons I cannot name (oops you might be able to see their sign in the photo).
They put some scaffold up yesterday whilst I was at the other site. And what did I find when I returned??

Instead of moving the body shell (it's still rolling), or even erecting scaffold around it....
