Toyota to run a single car for the rest of the WEC 2013?

According to French magazine Auto Hebdo, Toyota will run a single TS030 for the rest of the WEC season.

Compared to Audi their budget seems to be a lot tighter. Actually I don't get the point behind Toyota's WEC gig - it all seems so half-hearted.
