Yes, I think it is safe to assume local times on the schedule.

Busy weekend coming up ...

Thursday/Friday Mille Miglia, Saturday/Sunday ELMS, Saturday evening Mille Miglia in Bologna, Monday 2 Ferrari Museums or 1 museum and head to the start of the Giro near Bologna  ;D
