What an absolute logistical rastarding flucking nightmare the Liverpool boys are having this year!!!! Arsing train stikes have cancelled our connecting train from the airport to Le Mans. Anyone travelling tomorrow will need to check their trains.

Flucking cheese eating surrender monkeys!!!

As you know I checked Lord Steve's & mine & ours is cancelled too.
Le Mans - the how you get there is not quite as important as being there.

Ade, think positively my prog rockin' amigo. While we are waiting for the next train we can avail ourselves of an agreeable luncheon with some nice wine. It'll all go down the route de merguez when we get there so lets kickback and take it easy while waiting to see if Mike might be better off getting to Montmatre and joining us.
I tested negative for patience.

Steve,

Look like 1st train is 1653, we will have to sort this when we get to Paris. See in the morning.

That would probably have been our plan but we have a rescue team coming to collect us from the airport plus a few others. A few duty free bottles of grouse shall be in order by the time we arrive on site.

It's all to do with Uber taxis, there#'s been action across Europe today.

BBC "But the worst of the disruption was in Paris, where train services were also badly affected by strike action.

Hundreds of drivers blocked the French capital's airports and staged a "go-slow" during the morning rush hour.

Only one in three trains was running in the Paris region, although Eurostar services were unaffected."
