LM 2014, beer side of the fence ...
Building up the new kit, and working with a borrowed camera and not the "big" lens I was used to. Although it's kind of painful seeing how much I've got ot throw away 'cause the quality of the pictures isn't what I was used to, it still got me some pretty good shots.  First hour of practice I couldn't get anything right, later on I think I kind of found a part of my "mojo" back.

There's no doubt you have the mojo back Kristof, these are pretty damned great

I hope you can get the kit you need to feel better about the pictures, these however prove you will do it

I'll be enjoying these and the new ones all weekend

Next best thing for me

More here : http://bit.ly/Lemans24

Start : no pictures (grandstand/fence), finish : no pictures (too lazy), sunset : no pictures (beer).  Loved it, watching the race through my own eyes instead of a camera  Grin

Glad that you made it and, despite the earlier kit setback, continue to take excellent pictures.

Probably my best one. Arnage 4:30am Sunday morning. PAS and HFTB mode on camera. I really need to learn a bit more on how to use it. I also didn't realise how much the catch fencing interferes with your view until your looking for a good picture spot although when you look at the state of the fencing after Duval's shunt it is a good thing.

Kristof,

Your 'bad' photos are better than anything I could ever hope to achieve with a camera so don't beat yourself up too much.

Thanks for sharing and bringing back memories of a great week.  Smiley

Agreed, he could probably take better photo's with a pinhole camera than me with my digital.
