Brittany Ferries
« on: October 13, 2014, 08:24:00 pm »
Southern News today announced that Brittany have canceled their £300m investment into lower cost eco friendly fuel for their Ferry's, they will convert all the ships to Diesel fuel. The cost of the conversion is much less but the fuel is 40% more, this can only mean that crossing prices will go up.
We booked with Eurocamp, from 6th June to the 18th, and they have guaranteed the price quoted, leaving the girls and little ones in Granville in a 3 bed mobile home on a great site for LM weekend, £980 including Caen - Portsmouth day time crossings.

Thought that I'd read that they were fitting "scrubbers" to the ships.

Maybe they're more to do with onboard entertainment?
