Parking at Mulsanne Corner Car Parks

What is the deal with the car park at Mulsanne Corner - when I went last year by car I didn't have a parking ticket so had to part very near the exit to the main road.

Does anyone know about these - where do you get them and how much do they cost?

Think it's a combined ticket for Mulsanne and Arnage

Free for practice/quali as is Arnage parking.
