Its a map of Le Mans circuit, the round things are the round abouts in the area.

The large bit to the side i will presume is an area for CA camping or an area that maybe developed into something with a vague assosiation to LM ??

Oh and you drew it in decemeber at your London bar meet to celebrate the William webb ellis trophy being shoen in long.  Mayhave been drawn at the Argyll Arms ??

As far as I remember Gib wanted to know how to get to Mulsanne corner car park and viewing area - so I drew him a map !!
