New Le Mans book - A thank you to Mick Hill
« on: April 27, 2023, 06:09:54 pm »
Hi,

This is not a plug for a new book! ;D
(Smokie, Steve Pyro, if this is not appropriate here, please can you move to somewhere more suitable?)

This is a THANK YOU to Mick Hill (@mick144) for the CREDIT in the new book for and on behalf of myself and Club Arnage
I met Mick here as a "Newbie" in Just to Say Hi, asking for advice on some LM details:-
http://www.clubarnage.com/forum/index.php?topic=13590.0

We got chatting on PM, I introduced one of my more elderly friends Roger, who was a witness to the tragedy at Le Mans in 1955, one thing led to another and I ended up interviewing Roger for a flash report to be included in Mick's book!
Images attached.
I thank you.........

THANK YOU MICK FOR THE COPIES FOR ROGER AND MYSELF

Any more information, you might have to consider ordering the book.
Baldrick, my Lord! But I can change it to Ploppy if it'll make things easier.

Many thanks for that.
Looks like I better get down to my book seller and order a copy.
