Steve , there is space, but after speaking with Rick cutler i thought the Digital TV from SKY was a little much. We are still worried about the differnet Tv channels and picking them up on a British TV. 3 of our lot are mad keen footbal fans. so dont wont to get it back.

Robbo, I've got a small Sky Digital dish, LNB and some satellite coax you can have, plus a Satellite finder meter I could lend you to set it up. All you'd need to bring along is a Sky Digibox, a TV and something steady (like the side of your trailer) to mount the dish on. Aligning the dish is a piece of p*ss. No problemo

It's no problem really, you just need a compass (or a reasonable idea which way to point the dish) and the meter to test the signal strength - I've got both these bits in my shed and I'll bring them along if need be. still not sure its worth the hassle for a footie game though.
Come on now, you said you were desparate to watch it, what else were you planning to do on the Sunday night - oh yeah, get pissed

Yes, Digibox, remote and power lead is all you need.
I'll have to make a note to self to bring the dish etc.
Me and the EACRC posse will be at our encampment in Houx Annexe.

I know space is an issue in your car , so .... I may try and find a dish if you can get the rest ( cables and spotter device ) . I will remind you nearer the time.

Doe sit have to be one of the oval style digital dishes or will one of the analogue, round, larger dishes work?? I'm pretty sure I have one of those in the loft and would be happy to donate it to the cause if it will work

It's not so much the dish as the LNB on the end of the arm. It needs to operate at the correct frequency range etc.
My spare dish is the small oval mini dish that Sky installers fit for the "free Sky Digital" installation.
It's reasonably portable and I could strap it to the cobra to act as a sail to help with the fuel economy.
Hang on.....the dish is mesh!

Or we could meet up for a beer pre June and then take it down in our van/trailer for you!! Or Rob's trailer looks a fair size, all we have to do is entice him to the next get together!!
