Electricity in Beausejour?
« on: May 14, 2003, 03:10:43 am »
Hi there,
for the first time ever since 85 we'll be in Beausejour this time. Does anyone know wether there is some electric supply to hook on available there, like the supply-boxes in Expo for example?
Thanks for your help

Werner

Hi Werner

You'd better bring your own generator or if you want to be green, a wind farm. No electric down there in BSJ.

And remeber some bikes to get about on, as it's about 3 km from the village. Bet your team didn't know they were going on a hiking holiday!

Hi Andy,
thanks for your answer. Yes, we were not prepared for a hiking holiday, originally we ordered Expo or HA but Beausejour was what the booking office gave us. Looks like we will spend more time at the porsche curves this year

Cheers

I was at the Porsche curves for the start in the wet year, quite a lively place to be...

Hi Werner,
Is this to power the refrigerated trailer or the television?

This very decent gentleman was good enough to allow us to store our beer in his cold trailer.  Very decent.
I seem to remember that this group also had beer on tap.

We also tried to get into expo again but ended up in bleu

Seems to be one advantage to BSJ then.

Look out Werner, you'll have a queue for your cold storage trailer!
I wouldn't sit there if I were you, it's still a bit wet.

Soory guys, this year we won't have the bus and the trailer with us, as Reinhard, who is the owner of this fabulous equipment, can't join us and needs it for his business on this weekend. Anyway, my mates seem to have organized some larger fridge and a power supply, so if we have some extra space in that, be welcomed. I'm not up-to-date what our equipment will exactly be this year, as I'm still in Hanoi and will meet the rest of the gang on Thursday in Le Mans.

Hope to see some of the nice faces from last year again

Cheers

Werner
