The text was amusing (or feminist / anti feminist?)

Quote
The whole front of the car is moulded in one piece which can be removed only by a Volvo mechanic.

"Honestly, the only time I open the bonnet on my car is when I want to fill up washer fluid," said Tatiana Butovitsch Temm.

"Do we need to have a one metre square hatch for that or could we do it in another way?

"So we shifted the filling station for washer fluid to the side of the car, next to where you fill up fuel, and we closed the bonnet for good."

The car should be programmed to discover any problems under the bonnet, then send a message to the garage to let them know.

I'm sure this will piss off a lot of competant, capable women - my wife included - who actually know how to open a bonnet, and why!

That is a joke, it must be.

> "It is storage, storage and more storage," said Ms Christiansen.

For shoes ?

> And for women with ponytails, there is even a split in the middle of the headrest.
 ::) ;D

> Volvo will never actually take this car into production, of course.

God bless...

Volvo is a subsidiary of Ford - well I never knew that!!!!

Cracking idea the ponytail thing, wish they'd thought of that when I was 18 and then in my second flush of youth (and long hair again) at mid-twenties!!!

Guaranteed to result in breakdowns galore with water in the fuel, and very perishable wiper blades.....

I can't wait until Sniff Petrol get hold of this.

You can imagine the resale value of such a thing will be crap.  Can't see it selling much.

I suppose that all recovery drivers are going to be trained in front panel removal so they can get the thing running again if a plug lead falls off....
Or is it a 4 wheel lift only?
And how much extra will Volvo charge at service time for panel removal?

HTG (Mrs Dreamracers) said "It takes the f**king piss, we spend all this time trying to get away from the girlie stereotype.  'Women can design cars for woman' F**k can they, they design them for girls" (continue along this vein for around 10-15 minutes....)

She wasnt impressed. :o ;D

What colour can you get this car in?

Is it red only certain times of the month?
