Topographic Maps of the Circuit
« on: April 28, 2004, 08:19:54 pm »
Hi folks.  I am involved in a racing simulation game and my team is modelling the circuit for it.  We are called Virtua LeMans and we are actually making a version from the pre-chicane era.  For more info on what we are up to, visit http://www.virtua-lm.com.

Anyway, does anyone know where I can find highly detailed topographic maps or data on the circuit ?  We would like to have the elevation of the track be as accurate as possible.

We would really appreciate it !

Thanks.

There are very accurate books sold reviewing le mans every year, they are available from the ACO.

If not why not contact the ACO, try e mail , visit their site.

Take life by the horns and live it.

Maybe the local road authorities can provide you a file from that period !

Be careful tahn since 1999 the Mulsanne Hill has been cut !
