I used to ride a PROPER bike, and I used to ride it fast (no men with guns involved though).
For reasons unclear even to me I sold my proper bike and bought a mountain bike instead. I suppose it had something to do with a bunch of downhill freaks. After some years and a couple of more or less serious injuries (and loads of fun) I went Cross Country racing and I love it (actually I take part in MTB marathons which are some sort of bicycle endurance racing). Grin
