always late to the party, the russians will enter F1 with Dallara

£50 + M budget secured, just need to find an engine/drivers

I've heard they may look for Ferrari customer engines.
There have been a few ads in Autosport for "F1" personnel so I guess we know who placed them now!
Just hope they can make enough of a splash in the weird & wonderful world of F1.

Hazard a guess that, just maybe a certain bloke who ownes a Blackpool based car company?
