Regarding the crossing, driving down to Dover with my Brother in Law (who's been for the last 4-5 years), staying over at my parents, crossig to Calais then driving down, heading back the same way.

Regarding the crossing, driving down to Dover with my Brother in Law (who's been for the last 4-5 years), staying over at my parents, crossig to Calais then driving down, heading back the same way.

Best way to go in my opinion!   Just watch out for the Damn Gendarmie type idiots, who seem to have realised they can make a lot of money out of us Brits recently (now where have I come across that one before?? )

And as a fellow newbie to the Forum, let me say welcome as well. I'm sure that you will be able to find out anything you need relating to LM from the great people here.
