A nice property on the way down to Le Mans

No i'm not an estate agent, but I want to offer you a good opportunity on a real estate which is to be sold.

It's located in Belleme, 80 kms north from Le Mans in the south of Normandy.

A lovely property. However, according to CA rules, you must sell to me at the FACE VALUE your Grandfather bought it!

What's the property reference number, Gilles?

I've come up with one property in the Oise at 130,000 FF, but the description says it's near Le Treport and 80 Km from Paris. Obviously not in Oise!

 ;) yes it's sold 1.3 MF so it's around 130 K£...

... so don't hesitate to drive south for a visit !

Wonder what the job prospects in the area are?  Mind you wouldn't need much salary, after all a house with no mortgage ..............

What do you mean by "job prospects" ?

The location is ideal for retirement, vacations, but also home-based business, antiques sales, classic cars sales,...

During the weekend this country is one of the favorite of Parisians commuters to spend their free time so there's a lot of high purchase-power people.

And the landscapes are quite beautiful, you're in the middle of hill landscape with the proximity of a huge forest.
