Latest update Del Boy.

Phew - what a relief - it really is the tickets.  :D

Bleu Sud rather than just Bleu - but thats where we were last year and it was most satisfactory too.  Should be there in time to get the same pitch just behind the bank for viewing the nutters burning down the road n being stopped by the Gendarmerie.

Soooo, I have now sorted the European Breakdown and motor insurance Green Card, my overnight in Whitstable, got a fistful of Euros  - looks like its really happening now!

F

P.S.  Robbo - are the flags/polo going to be sent out or are they to be collected in person at MB?  (Prob should have put that question on a Robbo thread really  ::) )

Bloody hell Fran, that's organised - I have a feeling of inadequacy and panic creeping over me now  :-[

Who have you used for euro breakdown and what did they charge?

This is the first year that I haven't used Travel destinations and gone direct to the ACO. No tickets have arrived yet, should i start to worry or are others still waiting too.

PS Graham if you are reading this, i will first class yours as soon as it arrives.

I e-mailed the ACO last week and they basically said
"don't panic"!

I'll update if I hear anything further.

Thanks Steve - I am now feeling terrifically smug!  Mind you, as I am going on my own this year if I dont sort it myself no-one else will!  (although having said that - I am ALWAYS designated team leader)

I got the European breakdown cover as an add-on to my Direct Line motor policy - £59 for 19 days - did same for upgrading insurance to fully comp European cover for £21 (basic third party is included anyway) - should be considerably less if only doing the race week tho!  I figured if i am over there for nearly 3 weeks might be best to be fully covered (damn.......did i do another of my double entendres??)  ;)

Just tickets stumped up OK for the camping permits and minimum GA tickets, the others from ACO still not here.  However, I'm not stresssing cos the camping permits are the important ones, GA's we can always get when we're there.

34 and a half days til the forward party of team Crapaud leave the shores of Crapaudland!!

CAN WE WAIT - NO SIR WE CAN NOT !!!!!!!!!!!

UPS have tried to deliver mine twice. Final attempt today before they send them back to the ACO  :o :o :o

Fortunately I've managed to get them redirected to my parents house where someone WILL be in all day!  :)
