Anyone know where we can sort out a helicopter trip during the race.Ive seen them taking off and landing near to Houx but how do you go about booking one.

Pay & Moy had them in their GP & moror sport brochure 99 Quid a go

KP it's not "bapteme en l'aire" but "bapteme de l'air" . Bapteme en l'air would mean you're baptisted by a parachutist bishop. It's only british people to have such an idea !!!  :P

BTW the copter start is face of general entrance at the corner of the airfield. And you're right, it's only 2 laps of the circuit!
Le Mans is life, anything before and after is just waiting...

... it's not the taking part but the winning that counts !

Some of my mates did it last year, they just went to the airstrip and it was about 70 EURO per person for about 15 minutes flight

Just Tickets are advertising Helicopter flights at Le Mans in this weeks Autosport.  Sorry can't remember the price.  Min you likely to be halfway between the actual price and the P & M price!

I'm sure there's a tent on Houx Annexe that does chopper rides for £5 or a box of beer. I think it was for Ladies only though.
