I'm still at work!
« on: June 13, 2005, 09:58:53 am »
Just thought I'd point out that while I'm still at work for another two days, the lucky bastards that are team JPC and the rest of the Pompey-Caen ferry should be arriving on MB about now.

 :'( :'( :'(

Oh well, see you all on thursday or saturday at the very least.

 :D :D :D
I always stay too long. Long enough for something to go wrong

Some people will tell you that slow is good - and it may be, on some days - but I am here to tell you that fast is better.

No groundbreaking research this week then.

Early reports from Saveloy, after making 'one small lunge for mankind', is that it was bleedin' freezin' last night. I think they call it 'taters' round these parts.
He described himself sitting in his tent with three layers of clothing and bobble hat, huddled round a candle.
I couldn't help getting a mental picture of some sort of deranged Bob Cratchet talking to himself and eating unlucky moths and other insects...

We have to load up the motor home once we all arrive in Southsea ready to check in about 7:30... see you on the ferry!
