Sounds like a good job, not a time for messing about. Might be better if the could avoid the "eye witness" accounts so quickly though, could wind things up.

Do we know the whole story yet? Last I heard the bloke jumped the barrier, boarded a train, tripped and was instantly covererd by five police, one or more of whom shot him.

Was he a terrorist? I don't think we know yet. So I don't think we ought to pre-judge.

NB some may think I'm over-moderating on this topic but the site (and it's moderators!!) could be exposed to legal action if the wrong comments appeared and were allowed to stand.

While the info above appears to be correct, I locked this topic to concentrate all discussion into one topic, where I can more easily monitor it. Locking it was no reflection on any of the posts or posters to date.
