Hey Randy!!

I am assuming that they are doing this on their home PC's? If it is at work they may not have the necessary priveledges to install applications on their machines and would need to speak to they system admin.

If they do have the correct permissions, try this page   http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html

Tell them to make sure they choose the correct operating system and then it should be pretty simple.

Quicktime movie files also seem to be able to be run with Real Player.

Quicktime videos also run in XNView a picture viewer that seems to open everything.

download free at www.xnview.com

Probably.  The Sebring fie is 33 mb and plays as a 'streaming file' ie - it plays in real time when you click the link.
When you view the streaming file, it copies itself to your 'temporary internet files' folder.  You can then copy it out of there to 'my documents' or similar.

If the author of the video file is agreeable, I can upload the entire file to a site where it can be downloaded back to John and Gregs hard drives.
