ACO Press Release - 24 Hours Moto

PRESS RELEASE

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OF ENDURANCE RACING

The organisers of the Le Mans “24 Heures Motorbike race” and the “Bol d’Or” have met up with the officials of FGSPORT, promoter of the World Championship of Endurance racing.

The body of the officials of Endurance racing, well aware of the interest shown by the manufacturers, teams and partners, the parties have reached a long-term agreement.

Under the aegis of the F.I.M. and the F.F.M., these prestigious French races, run under the “Master of Endurance” label, will be written into the World Championship of Endurance racing calendar as from 2006.

The “24 HEURES MOTORBIKE RACE” : 22nd and 23rd April 2006 - Circuit Bugatti Le Mans
The “BOL D’OR” : 16th and 17th September 2006 - Circuit Nevers – Magny Cours

I will be making the trip over to this on ym bike.

Last year for £100 the ACo organised

tent, Entry, Camping and a free welcome pack. All you needed on top was beer money and the ferry ticket.

And you could leave the tent or take them home as you wished.
Take life by the horns and live it.

I went to SPa last year for the 1000kms, which was the same wekend, but i spoke to a few bikers who were taking home tents.
