Only the french, maybe i'm getting french cars all wrong.  They are not faulty when bits fall off, they are designed to do so, you just need to carry on driving.

This happened a few years back with MArcus Gronholm in wales, a top police boss told him to stop driving a car with collapsed suspecsion and square rear wheel.

Only the mexicans would give it an escort though !!
