I just spoke to a very unhelpful muppet at UPS and I asked him if I could delay delivery of my tickets until after I return from a holiday on 27th May.
He said "Not without a tracking number"
"But I will be away on holiday and you only try to deliver 3 times and then return to sender. Can I get it redirected?"
"Not without a tracking number"
"Can I arrange for the package to be left at a neighbours house?"
"Not without a tracking number"
"I must say you are not being very helpful?"
"You can't say that without a tracking number"
So without a tracking number, as far as UPS are concerned I am f**cked.
I've had to speak to a very helpful young lady at the ACO and arrange for my tickets to be dispatched after the 27th.
You guys that are waiting for tickets from me, don't worry they should be with you very soon after that date.
