Free Ride?
« on: June 07, 2003, 03:24:40 pm »
As I had an ovewhelming response from you all, to taking my 13 year old son this year.

I now have a big favour to ask.

Can anybody offer my son a ride in something "exotic" during his stay.

He is not particular, but has a ponchace towards "any red beast "  ,with a marque number of 550.

Or anyting else that is quick and noisy!!!!!(he is easily impressd by things like that).

If it helps from a location point of view ,we will be staying on Expo from Thursday.

I'd have thought a ride from St Malo to Le Mans in The Shed would have been exciting enough, you know, will it go/won't it go etc. etc. ;D

I could give Ollie a blast in the Sube if you like. Not exotic, but noisy and quick, as you know....

Talk to you later...

Olly said " no thank you"

He thinks bike's are toooooooooooo risky for him.

Thanks for the offer ,

However Dad might game for it.

A bike is second fastest thing I have travelld on as a passenger (140mph  z1000)
The other was a Ferrari 348 gts at 155mph

He can have a ride in the pegeout 405 if he cooks and washes the dishes all week.

Hope he has a great time. Can't wait until mines a bit older and the common sense fairy has visited him and he'll be there along with my daughter. At least he won't be aable to say your a borning old twat in years to come.

Enjoy it Olly and look after your Dad

Hi Stu

Olly will have and exiting ride down to the circuit in the "shed".
It's a 1989 Renault Espace with 310,000 miles on the clock.
Battered ,scratched held together wit CA stickers!!(as pretzel has already mentioned). ;D

Joking apart he will enjoy, cos it's his first time and when I told him he was going"the smile said it all"

Pretzel has offered him a runout in his prodrive scooby.Loads of noise and very quick with it!!!!!

He can have a ride in my motor.

It's red, it's a V8, it's 4 wheel drive , its got land rover written on the front and discovery on the back.  He choose any of the 7 seats apart from the drivers

cant say fairer than that

We're on Houx Annexe this year. Should be up near the top by the facilities, assuming Stu gets there early enough today to save our pitch :)
