Buying car bits

Bonjour all

I'm hoping that one of the French experts can help and point me in the right direction. I have a Renault Twingo as a runabout in West Sussex, and very good it is too. I normally buy service items at supermarkets during our trips to France. However the little bugger has let me down and the exhaust system has dropped off. I was hoping to buy a replacement during the annual pilgrimage, but does anyone know what the French equivalent of Kwik Fit is and where I might find one in Le Mans? Hopefully I can get one and fit in in the car without taking up all the space reserved for vin!

The Norauto chain do tyres and exhausts and most of the hypermarkets seem have a tyre and exhaust centre somewhere in the vicinity.

Or Speedy.  Replaced a broken cotton reel joint on the Mog 5 years ago which they pretty much machine made in the end and would only take a few euros for a beer.  They carry plenty of standard parts so a Twingo wouldn't be a problem. Also, my local garage is a Renault dealer (Gremillion of St Cosme en Vairais) and will get bits at a reasonable price.   Lovely man but has the standard Pesca Sarthois accent so is a job to understand even if you do speak the lingo!

Theres an exhaust place next to Carrefour I think. On the right as you come out the spaghetti road of a car park.

Last year the hearse required 2 new front tyres -  prices were good and were fitted quick.

Thanks for the advice. Norauto on the way out of Carrefour did the business on Monday morning. Took longer to get through the roadworks than to find them and conclude the deal. All I've got to do now is to get under and get dirty and fit them.
