Le Mans Classic
« on: June 23, 2006, 08:35:51 am »
Guys
I missed the big event last week through all sorts of useless reasons but may be able to get to the classic for the first time ever.
Can anyone give me some help regarding booking, costs etc?

Steve

i think you'll find MB and Grandstand tickets thin on the ground so to speak, although there seems a far few coming up on the forum.  Hope you can make  it,

Does anyone happen to know what time on Sunday the Sunday tickets become available? The new in laws have just moved about an hour from the circuit(they had to pay for the wedding somehow, and house prices in France are so much lower!), so thought I may pop in for a couple of hours of classic car fun.

Now can I turn up at 12.01 on Sunday morning and just buy a sunday ticket?

0700 is the earliest entry time for a Sunday Only ticket according to the website.

Seems a good idea, did one at the last Classic, on a very adhoc basis, but was only arranged on the saturday morning and was a bit later around 1030ish.

Thanks for your replies, the inlaws wanted to come as well, so didn't get there till 10, but still good to see a few classics put through their paces.
