Funny pic LOL. This man does have kids like me, which makes it hard has his boy is my son's best mate. My Uncle had the same idea as Rusty, to fill his waste pipe with concrete and watch the crap go everywhere, brillant. Or to found his stop cock outside, turn it off and then fill it with contrete.

However, like before, don't want to get caught doing damage to his property as don't want to be the BAD neighbor where I live.

So, have come up with a plan to get everyone I know to come round my house with a screwdriver and hammer, get my boy to knock on his door and then all barge in and un-do everything that I did, so he left with nothing but just the goods that he paid for.

If this does happen, promise to get photos of this happening and shall post later. But if I cowardly leave it all, shall hold my head up high, learn from my mistake, and kidnap his wife..................only joking ;D ;D

Neil,
You seem like a nice chap.
Could you see your way clear to putting in a new kitchen for me?

My aproach to this would be to have another chat with him.  Be reasonable.  It is only fair that he pays for the work you did.   Try to reconcile the friendship you obviously had.  If he won't see reason go to the Small claims court.

I really don't think trying to get revenge will help.  You could end up in one of those neighbor fron hell situations.

I can understand you predicament entirely as some may know on here I was a self employed plumber/property maintance business, sole trader on my own it became so much of a ball ache trying to get money off people who say you havent done this or that when it wasnt part of the job i have jacked it in and took a full time job driving HGV. Far less hassle!!!!!

I am still owed £2500 in total from two people who refused to pay as I did not do extras they wanted to add on for free (an extra 3 days work on one and 2 on the other) the reason why le mans did not happen for me this year.

I have since got half of this back by turning up at the house in question with a couple of mates a chainsaw and sledge hammer to take back my materials the front pourch i built for them. I threatened to knock it down they called the police who said as long as i did so and removed all the rubbish with me that was fine as i had not been paid for the materials and as soon as i started the chain saw low and behold out comes a wad of £20's. With the well we were going to pay you we have had the money here all along blah blah blah

the other I am having to go through court with which is a pain in the arse but i may get it back eventually.

hope this helps

Sign him up for all the junk mail you can.

Call the Jehovah's Witnesses pretending to be him and tell them you are interested in joining.

Buy your son a drum kit.

And a trumpet.
