le mans 2007 campsites
« on: July 12, 2006, 02:44:14 pm »
According to the poll MB,BN & HA are the favourite campsites... so when ticket allocation starts to go out would it be an idea to sort out CA enclaves in each area ??? maybe with the early arrivals doing the bit with the razorwire and spotlights etc ???.. only an idea but what does everyone think??

Andy ;D

We already have a fencing arrangement for a good many of us on HA.  It's worked well for the past number of years.

On Team JPC we normally find some cheerful chaps left behind can prevent most types of problem.

We already have a fencing arrangement for a good many of us on HA.  It's worked well for the past number of years.

That was one huge fenced off area this year and must have taken some determined defensive work earlier in the week. Bills' mate even tried to bounce me off when I got there early on Friday morning. If it wasn't for Bills speedy evacuation from his tent I would have been frogmarched off.

We had a similar occurrence last year when Pitt-bull, a very nice lad was at terminal velocity heading across MB towards Delboy.  Only Mark's very loud voice penetrated the spacial distortion around him.

A lesson to be learned I think. ::)

Always arrive on site wearing a CA shirt.

Hmm, and in direct consequence, maybe I should have gone back to sleep and let them work you over a little first....

Andy ;D

Was impossible to do this this year on the Golden Triangle. Even Daddy Shytehouse wanted to put the emergency access to (or was it from?) the toilet blocks through our taped off piece.

It's easy enough to hold ground early in the week but as MB gets busier the pressure is on...
