Here's some footage that really made my eyes boggle a fair bit. This is footage of four Royal Marine Commandos in Afghanistan being flown into action to rescue a fallen Commando. The big difference being that they flew while sat on the stub wings of Apache helicopter gunships, landed while under heavy fire, and still managed to collect the body of their comrade without losing a man.

Totally stunning, still could not work out how you ride shotgun on a helicopter, then found this pic.

All I can say is sh*t! - holding on for dear life is one, but to be shot at, at the same time is just crazy.
