Shouldn't the topic say 'Spa track works....... as international rallycross venue'

So then - not much work going on there really...... Why couldnt they just leave it as it was and build a new, sanitised Mickey Mouse circuit somewhere else for the blasted F1 circus...

 :-X :'(

You'd have thought they'd have found the bloke in the orange coat a cleaner one for the unveiling though  ;D

Have the endurance pits remained as they are?  All of the works seem to be just on the F1 pitlane and back to the bus stop? I had understood it was all going though?

Does that mean "our bar" behind the endurance pits is still intact?

It will be interesting to see if they build the old toilets into the new pitbuilding.
Trackworks everywhere and toilets dating back to WW2 - You gotta love Spa to stay there 5 days

It will be interesting to see how the Bustop will be in competition, much more frightening to me are the works at Rivage because I still couldn't figure out if they just repave it or add run-off. You could get so close to the cars there on the outside exiting the corner.

I don't get it. How can they rip out the bus stop, replace it with a straight piece of track, and have barely any run off area at the next corner? ???
