So as I understand it, I need to reduce my avatar, no problems.

Next question - How do you do it ? mines a pain as its a nice GIF.

Opps I forgot to say. :-

The last time (many years ago) I tried to resize a gif movie, it turned in to a static gif.
I just tried imagemagik and it resizes gif movies.
