Bad luck Smokie.

I notice from news reports that this is probably going to put a couple of pence on a litre, so that's how the fuel companies are going to pay for the repairs;- pass it back to the poor motorists who got the crappy fuel in the first place.

At least they haven't closed ranks and denied the problem.

Me too,

Fortuanately........I did a spash and dash.....van played up for a week or so,but is now fine :)

My wife nephew has just forked out £500 to have his beemer sorted !!!

A very good point, seeing as Tesco has paid for 2 holdiays 2 Egypt, family RAC membership, MOTs and god knows what else over the past few years.

Mine appears to be limited to the EML coming on solid, the tech 2 test said faulty sensor or too much oxygen in exhaust. It goes in tomorrow to be cured, I will ask them for a gas test too to ensure this hasn't happened..

Enough of fornicating felines, its not just Tesco petrol, I filled up with BP diesel, and the engine keeps dieing.  Its just been taken away on a transporter.  Whos paying for that.  And the damn thing has got to get to Le Mans
