I shall be donning my red coat and doublet and hose, grabbing my union jack and marching up and down my street, taxing tea, wherever I encounter it. I find that my indigenous neighbors really enjoy this, if the M-80's and cherry bombs that are pointed at my house are any measure of their appreciation. We'll be burning some sausages this afternoon. God bless America.........

S'goin'on Neil!
Truth be told, the tea bags so kindly delivered by you and my other chums become the property of 'er indoors pretty sharpish. Being a Yorkshire lass, she's addicted to it and will not tollerate the stuff our American hosts offer - apparently blended to be supped cold - with lemon. I can't tell the difference, personally, but she can sniff-out the difference between LiptonIce and PG tips at 30 paces - I'm telling you, there's no arguing with her.

I am planning on getting severely ring-bolted this afternoon. However the weather does look a tad threatening - never mind, it might make it more difficult for my neighbors to burn my house down - and it tops the pool-up, of course.

Anyway - Up with the Revolution! Down with the British! (As uttered by Darling Dickie, in The Great Escape)
If it\'s good and fast, it won\'t be cheap. If it\'s fast and cheap, it won\'t be good. If it\'s good and cheap, it won\'t be fast.

Matt, looked like the weather held off for the fireworks in the Orlando area. Had a few postponed in Lakeland. You could always get your neighbors to dump the tea in the Disney lagoon, they would probably find a way to make an attraction out of it.

Ugh!  Heavy head this morning, sucks when it falls in the middle of the work week.  As usual the garden and gutters are littered with bottle rocket debris. Off & on thunderstorms in the Cincinnati area failed to dampen the partying.  Made it another year with all the fingers still intact, brain cells another matter.

Just got back from vacation, hence the late reply.  I inadvertantly wore my '06 CA shirt to the parade on the 4th and got a couple of sideways looks and a high-quality eye roll from the wife.  ;D
I stole DelBoy's lighter and lived to tell the tale.
