...Sebring is the week before Easter (Why is it so early this year?)...

Yeah, luckily when my O/H found out I wouldn't be home until the middle of Easter weekend I'd already booked everything...  ;D ;D ;D

I will confess that I had no idea Easter was so early. Nor did I give it a second thought when booking...  ::)

I also have a dilemma. I have only just realised that Sebring is the week before Easter (Why is it so early this year?) and we usually go on a family skiing holiday at that time. I have to be very careful here as Mrs U is browsing brochures and suggesting hotels and suchlike. If I suggest that I go to Sebring instead of taking her skiing my bollocks will be in a blender faster than you can say "two beers please"

Hi Bob,
So after Sebring meet up with the rest of the family Skiing in Colorado Utah or even Whistler BC Where you can go to heaven and Ski like hell.
Me.. I will be escaping the damn snow and cold for some fun in the sun.

I talked with Larry last night and we will be bringing some deer sausage for the Club Arnage campers.  I just need to know how many are going to camp?  We will arrive late Thursday at the motor home park in town and come to the raceway on Friday.  We will see you then.

I'm decided to make a different curry for Le Mans next year ----- Chicken Tarka.

It's like Chicken Tikka but a little otter.

Shall I get my coat too?

Hi Fran,
Let's just say: Worth crossing the Atlantic for ::)
Served with Pigeon eggs makes a great breakfast.
Pigeon eggs are the same as chicken eggs except cooked to special order by Pidge. You order what you want and you get a fried egg either whole or broken depends how it turns out ;D
