SF had one month to produce a satisfactory business plan to their parent company SNCF, due to operational losses. About 10 days still to go.

LD Lines appear to be getting wise... our intended crossing has gone up by £49 in 2 weeks :(
Must round up the funds and get it sorted asap... but hey ho... looking at the end result when we arrive it will be worth it.  ;D
Dont think it will ever hit the silly figures in the £600's it used to... hopefully.

Just checked a day later departure... £3 difference... they have got wind of our pilgrimage. f**k bills.. will book on friday!

Just booked Pig Pen Racing on our ferry. Out Sunday before, back tuesday after.

I'm pleased to see that the prospect of my company made you change dates.

We're probably looking at a late run in, as its only a 70 minutes trip, and parking with a caravan is no fun.  We got caught going down last year, in a french village looking for coffee and coissant .  I had to reverse the caravan about 10 foot up a footpath and then drive off up the pavement.

Why is there nowhere decent en route to stop for breakfast?

Our plan is to stop somewhere once out of LH and have a full fry up in the caravan at the roadside. ;D
